AKU Research Leadership Academy
Leading research requires skills that extend beyond technical expertise, including the ability to guide teams, navigate institutional responsibilities, and build effective partnerships. The Research Leadership Academy (RLA) at Aga Khan University (AKU) helps faculty, researchers, and research administrators strengthen these capabilities and prepare for broader leadership roles.
Launched by the AKU Research Office, the RLA works with existing resources and programmes to offer learning opportunities that evolve in response to institutional priorities and emerging needs. It aims to build a connected community of current and aspiring research leaders who can support others' professional growth and strengthen the University's research capacity and contribution to society.
