Fees and Funding
The MEd programme is highly subsidized by AKU-IED, EA through its donors. The tuition fee for the programme is therefore only US$ 4,000 or an equivalent of, for the year 2012-13. The employer of each participant in the programme is expected to bear this tuition fee, in exchange for a post-graduation service agreement with the employee.
In addition to employer sponsorship, each individual MEd participant is required to contribute a total of US$ 600 or an equivalent of, for the two-year period, towards tuition, accommodation and medical insurance.
