​​​Abstract Submission Guidelines​

  • You may submit as many abstracts as you like as a presenter or first author.
  • These abstracts should not have been submitted in any previous Health Sciences Research Assemblies.
  • Abstract(s) should not exceed 300 words and should cover introduction/background, objective, methods, results, and conclusion.
  • All types of research studies including original research, reviews, and case report/series can be submitted.​
  • ​All the selected abstracts from the original research work will have mandatory "rapid oral presentations". ​​

E-Poster Guidelines

  • ​ For an e-poster rapid oral presentation, only one slide of the PowerPoint is needed. 

  •  E-poster should be prepared in 16:9 widescreen size of PowerPoint (Click on the Design tab and select Slide size of 16:9 widescreen option)​ Sample Poster 

  •  Make sure your fonts are big enough to read from some distance.
  •  For readability, use dark-colored text printed on a white or pastel background. Yellow and Dark Blue are not recommended for poster font color and backgrounds.  
  •  The presentations will be moderated and scored by a facilitator 
  •  Each presentation should be of 4 minutes followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. 
  •  Timeslot and venue will be shared later.
  •  You are required to submit/ upload your e-Poster(s) (PowerPoint file) latest by February 22, 2023. 
  • Please name your file with Poster ID (for example Poster ID-4)
  •  The upload of your e-Poster will be on the One Drive link below
