Exam Cell (Assessment & Quality Assurance)
The Examination Cell is a core unit within the Department for Educational Development (DED) and is mandated to ensure the validity, reliability, and integrity of assessments. It oversees the conduct and analysis of undergraduate and postgraduate examinations across the Aga Khan University Medical College, the School of Nursing and Midwifery, and selected Allied Health programs. The centrally governed Question Data Bank underpins high-quality assessment practices aligned with approved Tables of Specification. In addition, systematic pre and post-exam review processes are implemented to ensure continuous quality assurance across all examinations.
