​Strategies for financing health care towards advancing universal health coverage

The Aga Khan University Department of Continuing Professional Education (AKU-DCPE) is accredited by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and the American Association of Continuing Medical Education (AACME) to provide continuing medical education. The course has been designed to equip policy makers, planner and managers of health care financing (HCF) schemes in Pakistan and other territories. It will address the knowledge gaps between contemporary concepts and their practical implications, and opportunities and challenges to existing and HCF schemes. The course will also provide essential knowledge for applying appropriate tools essential for planning and management of schemes that could lead to achieving universal health coverage.
