Our Commitment​

At the Aga Khan University, the Office of Wellbeing, Employee Engagement & Belonging (WEEB) works to reflect a more holistic, integrated approach: caring for our people's health and wellbeing, building genuine engagement and connection across our community, and ensuring every individual feels they belong.

We are deeply committed to fostering an environment of wellbeing, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across all areas of our institution: education, health services, research, and administration. We believe every individual has the right to equal treatment and to thrive, and we are strengthened by the diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of our community members.

Our work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Wellbeing), Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 5 (Gender Equality), and Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
