• The Committee conducts a thorough review of applications. To ensure timely processing, students are advised to apply well in advance of their intended programme/event/activity.
• Applications should typically be submitted no less than three months before funding is required, unless there's clear evidence of a genuine need within a shorter timeframe.
• The review and approval process, as well as payment processing, may take longer than expected.
• For applications with short deadlines or tight processing times, funding is usually provided as reimbursement. This means funds are disbursed after the event, subject to prior approval by the Committee.​
