​Application Process ​

  1. Online Application: Students must submit the online Application Form, which includes an undertaking.
  2. Information Review: Student Experience representatives may contact applicants for additional information or clarification as part of the review process.
  3. Steering Committee Review: Applications are evaluated by the Experiential Learning Fund Steering Committee, comprising representatives from AKU's various campuses.
  4. Approval Process: Recommended applications are forwarded to the Vice Provost, Students, for further review and approval.
  5. Outcome Notification: Applicants are informed of the decision via email.
  6. Fund Disbursement: Office of Student Experience representatives coordinate with successful applicants to complete necessary formalities for fund disbursement.

​​NOTE: Applying for the Experiential Learning Fund does not guarantee approval or funding. The Committee's evaluation determines funding decisions based on an assessment of the application and available resources.
