Application Process
- Online Application: Students must submit the online Application Form, which includes an undertaking.
- Information Review: Student Experience representatives may contact applicants for additional information or clarification as part of the review process.
- Steering Committee Review: Applications are evaluated by the Experiential Learning Fund Steering Committee, comprising representatives from AKU's various campuses.
- Approval Process: Recommended applications are forwarded to the Vice Provost, Students, for further review and approval.
- Outcome Notification: Applicants are informed of the decision via email.
- Fund Disbursement: Office of Student Experience representatives coordinate with successful applicants to complete necessary formalities for fund disbursement.
NOTE: Applying for the Experiential Learning Fund does not guarantee approval or funding. The Committee's evaluation determines funding decisions based on an assessment of the application and available resources.
