​​Eligibility

To be considered for the Experiential Learning Fund, applicants must:

• Be an active student enrolled in a full-time or part-time undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate degree-seeking programme at AKU.
• Good academic standing and have a satisfactory disciplinary record.

​​Ineligibility

The following students are not eligible for the Experiential Learning Fund:

• Inactive Students: Those on a semester or year break are considered inactive.
• Misconduct Record: Students with a history of academic or disciplinary misconduct.
• Unapproved Applications: Applicants whose funding requests are rejected for any reason cannot submit a new application for the same event or activity within the same financial year/period. Please consult the Office of Student Experience representative if you are unsure or need clarity on these instances.
• Academic Events: Students applying for academic events and activities (conferences/symposiums/dissertations/abstract presentations/workshops).
• Graduates/Alums: AKU graduates (who have been conferred degrees) and alums.
