CME Seminar at CPSP on Mapping Your Career
in Chemical Pathology
Section of Chemical Pathology organized a CME Seminar at CPSP on 11th June with national and international experts. The theme was 'Mapping Your Career' in Chemical Pathology.
As part of the CPSP CME Educational Series, the Chemical Pathology activity titled as 'Mapping your career in Chemical Pathology' was directed by Prof Imran Siddiqui with Dr Hafsa Majid as associate director. Dr Lena Jafri delivered a lecture on how to make an effective CV and Dr Sibtain Ahmed shared his experience on 'why did he chose chemical pathology as a career'. Dr Miron Sopic, Chair EFLM task force-Young Scientists, shed light on goal settings and planning. Other eminent national experts Prof Adnan Zuberi (IHN), Dr Sahar Iqbal (DUHS) and Dr Zujaja Haroon (AFIP) shared their experiences with emphasis on opportunites and challenges in Chemical Pathology.
The session was attended by more than 50 post graduate trainees and faculty members. The feedback received was positive with emphasis on more such sessions periodically.
