Paediatric ​Cardiology at AKUH commenced service in 2013 and has since become the premier centre for congenital cardiac diseases, treating all ages, from fetus to adult. Its team of paediatric cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons and anesthetists are supported by a Paediatric cardiac intensive care unit and allied services (nursing/perfusion etc.).
