Aspire Future Leaders programme is designed to create future leaders for tomorrow. The programme focuses on overcoming the challenges we are facing in attracting the best talent for our management functions for which we are competing with corporate brands. Who is eligible to apply for the Future Leaders Programme? 

Bachelor's or Master's with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 or above, in the following (but not limited to) disciplines:

How long does the programme last?

The Aspire Future Leaders Programme is for a duration of 18 months with 3 rotations planned based on job requirements and requisites.


What kind of training and development opportunities are available during the programme?

Participants in the program have access to diverse training opportunities, including workshops on soft skills, technical training, mentorship programs, cross-functional projects, leadership development, and external training. Feedback and coaching are also provided to support continuous growth and development.


What departments are involved in the programme?

The placements under the programme includes various support functions at AKU including, Human Resources, IT, Finance, University Advancement Office, Office of Strategic Communications, Supply chain, Marketing, etcetera.


I am an experienced professional, can I apply for the programme?

Yes, the programme is open to experienced professionals having less than two years of experience.


Can students from international universities apply?

Yes, they can apply.
