Society for the Promotion of Innovation in Education (SPIE)
Established in 2024, SPIE Nairobi is affiliated with the AKU Centre for Innovation in Medical Education (CIME). Modeled after its counterpart in Karachi, the society is dedicated to promoting student-led innovation in medical education. Its work spans four key areas: MedTech, education (including clinical skills and curriculum development), community engagement through social responsibility, and social media and marketing with a focus on advocacy, skill-building, and edutainment.
