Med-Ex Club
The Med-Ex Club is a vibrant, student-centered medical exploration society committed to expanding learning beyond the classroom. It provides an enriching environment where future healthcare professionals can sharpen their clinical skills, deepen theoretical knowledge, and engage with real-world medical practice. Through peer discussions, competitive quizzes, and a quiz show called Cadavers to Clinics, we aim to make learning fun and interesting for students within the healthcare space. Med-Ex emphasizes experiential learning, teamwork, and critical thinking.

Signature Events
Our major event is a quiz show called Cadavers to Clinics, a nationwide, multi-stage medical competition designed to test students across all major medical subjects from anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry to pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine. I It is conducted in 2 stages.
Stage One is conducted physically at the participating universities, where teams compete in a rigorous, high-pressure quiz that is invigilated by some of our partners. Each institution selects its top 5 performers based on accuracy, speed, teamwork, and depth of medical understanding. From these university-level contests, the top five teams emerge and advance to the final stage.
Stage Two takes place at Aga Khan University (AKU), where the finalists face an advanced, integrated competition designed to mirror real clinical decision-making. Here, participants are tested across multiple specialties through complex cases, emergency-style simulations, management planning, critical reasoning questions, and cross-disciplinary problem solving.
