An alumnus of the Aga Khan University, Dr Nadia Waheed completed her MBBS degree in 1998, and her journey from AKU to becoming a leading figure in ophthalmology has been nothing short of extraordinary.
Over the past decade, Dr Waheed's transformative work in high-resolution and high-speed Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography has significantly advanced the understanding of various eye diseases and health conditions. Her dedication to patient care and disease comprehension has established her as a trailblazer in ophthalmology.
