Our fee-setting principle asks participants from higher-income countries and international NGOs operating within low- and middle-income countries to contribute slightly more towards the cost of the conference

Registration form starts with "Salutation" below. Once you submit your registration, you will receive instant notification on your screen that the registration has been completed. If that notification reads "Abstract submission has been completed", please read "abstract" as "registration".
