Introduction

Rahedeen has a master's degree in Industrial Psychology and has several years' experience in teaching, curriculum/course design, and training. Prior to joining Aga Khan University, she was heading the writing center at Habib University, Karachi for 5 years.

Education

Rahedeen has a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology
TEFL certification from the University of Toronto

Research interests

Sociolinguistics and Raciolinguistics - specifically the constraints on Pakistani students’ ability to learn English while struggling with deficit perceptions and othering in a post-colonial context where English supremacy is eminent.
