The SoTL Conference 2023 organizing committee eagerly invites individuals and organizations actively engaged in the field of higher education research and practice to contribute to the conference. We welcome diverse formats such as Oral presentations, Pecha Kucha, Teaching Innovation Showcase, and Pre-conference Workshops. This inclusive opportunity extends to faculty, staff, and students from AKU and beyond, nationally and internationally. We extend a warm invitation for you to submit an abstract for consideration. Please refer to the provided guidelines and deadlines to ensure a seamless submission process.

General Guidelines
Submitting an abstract or application does not guarantee acceptance for presentation or registration for the conference.
Submission of an abstract or application implies a commitment to present and attend the conference if the oral presentation, pecha kucha, teaching innovation showcase, etc is accepted after review.
If an abstract is accepted, presenters must register for the conference before the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the presentation/pecha kucha/innovation showcase from the conference program and booklet.
Authors are allowed to submit more than one abstract for consideration, but only up to two abstracts will be accepted per presenting author for inclusion in the program. Presenters of multiple papers need to register for the conference only once.
By submitting an abstract for review, the author agrees to have it published in the Conference Abstract Book if the final document is accepted.
The author is fully responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted or protected data and images in their conference paper.
