The Aga Khan University has officially launched its new 60-acre campus in Kampala. Located in the Nakawa area, the campus features a state-of-the-art University Centre, student housing, and the Nakawa Specialty Centre. Construction of the Aga Khan University Hospital, Kampala has also begun.
This landmark investment is one of AKU's largest in East Africa, reflecting our belief that Ugandans deserve access to international-quality higher education and health care. We will expand our academic programmes and train medical specialists, helping to develop local potential.
