The Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Aga Khan University is looking for an exceptional Senior Coordinator to provide efficient and effective 360° support to the Dean of this outstanding and growing Faculty. 

You will play a key role in upholding and promoting our vision, values, and culture both within and outside the faculty. Flexibility and commitment will be amongst your key attributes. You must also possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills and be able to always exercise discretion and diplomacy. You must be able to produce a range of reports and documents that reflect our leading quality brand. 

You will be responsible to:
  • be involved in the administrative operation and management of the Dean’s Office
  • to plan and organize all meetings of the Dean FAS
  • to attend all internal and external communication of the Dean FAS Office
  • to represent the Dean FAS Office on all organizational and management meetings within the University
  • to follow up all issues that are related to the administrative operation and management and ensure completion of tasks assigned to the office of the Dean FAS
  • to maintain Dean FAS calendar and daily schedule by effectively planning and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • to assist the Dean FAS in preparing for meetings and presentations
  • to oversee the coordination of local and international travel arrangements for the Dean FAS
  • oversee functionality of IT, AV equipment, all meeting requirements in the office and boardroom.
  • manage administrative assistant staff in the office of the Dean FAS


You should have: 

  • an undergraduate degree (BA or BSc) from HEC recognized university; master's degree would be preferred
  • at least 3-5 years of diverse work experience prior experience as a personal or executive assistant will be an added advantage
  • ability to read, write and speak to a high standard in English and Urdu
  • high level of competency with word processors, spreadsheets, and databases (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook mail and calendars, Oracle databases in particular)
