Introduction

Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Analyst / Innovation Fellow.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:
  • deliver on performance targets while learning about innovation;
  • identify specific problems from within the healthcare/biomedical setting and strategize a specific solution around one of those problems (through product/process innovation) - this must culminate in a capstone or similar project report at the end of the fellowship
  • facilitate incubate teams through the innovation/incubation life cycle.

Requirements

You should have:
  • at least 1 year of relevant experience in academic setting is preferred (such as research, innovation, teaching, service, etc.);
  • an MBBS, BScN, IT/business/engineering, or similar degree;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • fluency in written and spoken English;
  • good analytical skills;
  • proficiency in use of computer packages e.g. MS Office;
  • professionalism; dedication; open-mindedness; ability to be a self-starter;
  • ability to organize and manage oneself, as well as team operations.
