The Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene (ASDH) is a two-year degree programme recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Pakistan. The programme includes courses in liberal arts (English, sociology and psychology, leadership and management); basic sciences (anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, immunology, microbiology and pathology); and clinical sciences (dental hygiene, radiology, community health and dental materials).
The programme provides education by promoting scholarly activity in dental hygiene theory and practice and provide high quality education and services in a cost-efficient manner to the population it can reach by its programme.
