Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- manage a team of Customer Services Representatives for Perimeter Control Project
- ensure the availability of CSRs at all entry points of hospital buildings/areas at main campus (Stadium Road, Karachi)
- ensure adherence to COVID-19 SOPs at the Main Campus with the help of Perimeter Control CSRs
- measure all KPIs, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, conduct regular trainings
- provide supervision, constant guidance and support to the Customer Services Representatives(CSRs) with their daily tasks
- handle escalations of aggressive and agitated patients/visitors in a tactful and calm manner
- ensure everyone is following SOPs: Wearing a mask; maintaining physical distance, one patient bringing only one attendant, and no visitors allowed if not necessary
- measure all KPIs, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, and share with leadership
- manage any adverse situations arising from instance on the adherence of the above-mentioned SOPs
- conduct regular rounds to hospital buildings and areas to ensure the patients/visitors available inside, are following COVID-19 SOPs/guidelines
- support with any other task or responsibility given by the Supervisor or Manager.
