You will be responsible to:
- facilitate the customers(i.e. patients and attendants) in the clinics
- book appointment over phone or in-person for procedures
- manage cash including the receipt of payments via debit/credit cards and cheques
- assist customer’s telephonic as well as walk in inquiries
- maintain all necessary record related to reception area
- train junior receptionists during their probation
- provide assistance to the supervisor in the quality audits
- perform dual worker role as and when required
- perform any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head.
