Aga Khan Hospital, Kharadar invites applications for the position of Receptionist.


You will be responsible to:
  • facilitate the customers(i.e. patients and attendants) in the department
  • book appointment over phone or in-person for procedures
  • manage cash including the receipt of payments via debit/credit cards and cheques
  • assist customer’s telephonic as well as walk in inquiries
  • maintain all necessary record related to reception area
  • train junior receptionists during their probation
  • provide assistance to the supervisor in the quality audits
  • perform any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head.


You should have:
  • a Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of related work experience preferred
  • cash handling skills
  • good communication skills (both in English and Urdu)
  • ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure
  • good public relations and interpersonal skills
  • good problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • willingness for shift and double duties.
