Introduction

The Aga Khan University Hospital in addition to its four Off Campus Hospitals creates access through its Outreach Services which include Clinical Laboratories, Outpatient Medical Centers, Pharmacy services, Home Health, and other services. Outreach Services are designed to provide primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and are present in several cities across Pakistan.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • manage COO's schedules and make follow-up a meeting, external contacts etc
  • coordinate travel and accommodate arrangements for local and international visits
  • schedule and coordinate events and meetings as and when assigned 
  • screen telephone calls, handle them personally and give information based on knowledge or COO’s viewpoint
  • ensure that filing and record keeping are designed and maintained to permit easy retrieval of information
  • carry out day-to-day responsibilities including organizing distribution of mail, travel and transport arrangements and maintaining records of the same
  • assist office staff in performing administrative tasks such as office stationery, supplies and any other resources
  • work in collaboration with the other departments to provide continuous service
  • facilitate other staff i-e Director, Administrator, Manager etc. within the divisions for any administrative support
  • assist in preparing presentations and demos as required.

Requirements

You should have:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university 
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in reputable organization (preferably with a senior executive)
  • excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • the ability to make strong follow-ups as required
  • proficiency in using Microsoft applications.
