Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Intern, Dental Hygienist, Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene, Department of Surgery.

You will be responsible to:

• Prepare and welcomes patients for dental hygiene treatment, briefs them on the profession, and updates their medical history for staff review.
• perform thorough head and neck exams for cancer screening, selects appropriate materials and equipment, and ensures infection control.
• administers dental hygiene services, including radiographs, periodontal and dental charting, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatment.
• instruct patients on oral hygiene techniques, provides preventive care (sealants, impressions), and offers clinical and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality.
