The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that healthcare services meet established standards of quality and regulatory requirements. This includes monitoring patient care processes, conducting audits, collecting data and reviewing clinical practices, and identifying areas for improvement. The QA coordinator also takes quality improvement initiatives, tracks performance metrics, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations. S/he liaise with hospital Quality team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
