You will be responsible for the variety of task including:
- providing leadership in executing quality patient care by improving patients clinical outcomes
 
- managing nursing team of Internal Medicine outpatient with formulation of monthly rota, job assignment and supervision
 
- ensuring patient focused care by improving coordination through multidisciplinary team approach
 
- striving for continuous quality improvement in patient care
 
- supporting staff development activities of all employees managing Human and material resources of the assigned service
 
- building more efficient, effective and highly motivated team to work for the patient care service
 
- ensuring daily rounds of the department for provision of quality care and cleanliness
 
- responding quickly and appropriately in conflict or crisis situation in patient care areas
 
- ensuring all reportable cases/incidences & events are communicated to the Nurse Manager 
 
- assigning nursing staff according to need of patients care, nursing competency and development of staff
 
- counseling of nursing staff in case of unsatisfactory performance and also providing opportunities for remedial activities
 
- working with multidisciplinary team on quality projects / quality circles to improve unit core processes.
