Introduction

You will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of chillers, cooling tower, condenser and chilled water pumps, during shifts, to maintain trouble free air-conditioning services in the buildings.


Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • operation chillers and other associated equipments to maintain trouble free service for building air conditioning
  • monitor and maintain chemical dosing of condenser water to prevent rusting of piping etc
  • ensure housekeeping of plant room and cooling tower to maintain neat and tidy environment for equipment
  • record of all required parameters for chillers and other associated equipment in the log book to maintain operational history of equipment and also follow safety procedures
  • any other related task as assigned by Engineer.

Requirements

  • Matriculation
  • Certificate in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning; Diploma preferred
  • 6 - 8 years of related work experience
  • should be able to carry out maintenance of various plant equipment
  • should have sound knowledge of plant auxiliaries and its functions and purpose
  • good communication skills.
