Consultants & Specialty Doctors

We are recruiting substantive consultant posts across a broad range of specialties. In addition to delivering high-quality clinical care, our consultants and specialty doctors will join the Medical College faculty, playing a key role in our academic mission. This includes mentoring and guiding the next generation of residents and fellows in Uganda, helping to shape the future of healthcare in the region.

We will work with the Ministry of Health and the Medical College, East Africa to provide residency opportunities by 2030. We therefore invite consultants who demonstrate excellence in clinical practice, strong supervisory skills, a commitment to dedicated teaching, and the ability to foster a robust academic environment.

Senior House Officers

We invite applications from doctors who have completed their residencies and are interested in working in our Accident and Emergency Department, as well as providing first-line care in our ICU and HDU.

Nursing

Registered Nurses — All Grades

Our nursing team plays an essential role in supporting patients and ensuring high standards of care. We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses across all wards, departments, and specialties. Positions are open at all levels, from ward nurses to senior nursing leaders.​​
