​Zehra Nigah is a Pakistani Urdu poet and scriptwriter​ who has written several television serials. Along with Ada Jafri, she was a trailblazer for female poets in the post-independence era, which was entirely male dominated. She has received numerous awards,​ including the Pride of Performance.​​​​
