About Bioethics Group, Aga Khan University (BG-AKU) 
BG-AKU was established by a group of concerned faculty members in 1997.  BG strives to raise the level of bioethics discourse by identifying and generating discussion on ethical issues that are of institutional and societal interest. BG has continued its activities with members from Faculty of Health Sciences and School of Nursing among others, as well as external members, sharing a common interest in bioethics.
