Semester Date: August 17 – December 11, 2020
This course will facilitate students to develop knowledge and skills in designing, conducting and reporting qualitative research along with ethical issues in the inquiry process. Specific attention is given to develop students’ skills in the analysis, synthesis, and nuances of writing qualitative findings, which will provide them grounding for the dissertation and further research in the field. Different paradigms and their implications will be examined with specific emphasis on categorical designs, such as grounded theory, ethnography and phenomenology. Other designs, such as, life histories or case studies may be explored depending upon the students’ interests.
Eligibility
A graduate degree from an accredited /recognised university.
