An online course to equip healthcare and allied workers to comprehend and apply public health measures to respond to the existing pandemic of SARS-CoV-2 and contribute to reducing morbidity & mortality, enhancing health systems response, and understanding the economic consequences.

Course Features
  • Introduction: Magnitude of the pandemic & the situation in Pakistan and the region  - SEIR model
  • Surveillance, contact tracing and laboratory testing for screening & disease control.
  • Community sensitization and use of Information Technology
  • Health systems response and economic impact to COVID-19
  • Hands-on experience of applying concepts and skills of constructing epidemic curve & predictive modelling
  • Applications required in digital health related to COVID-19
