​This is a two and a half-year programme designed to prov​ide senior registered nurses with an opportunity to upgrade their diploma qualification to degree level.​ ​It provides ​them​ an opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide holistic nursing care. ​​​​

The programme offers need​-based financ​​​​​​ial assistance. ​​​

Admissions have closed for ​2024 cycle. The last date for submission of applications was April 19​​.​

​​Eligibility Criteria​​

Following is the eligibility criteria applicable for 2024 admission cycle:​​​​​​​​

  • ​​​​Form IV level of education​ with a minimum​ aggregate score of C plain KCSE or Division II in KCE​
  • Must be a holder of Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN) or Kenya Registered Nurse (KRN)
  • A current registration and a valid practicing license
  • ​​​Must have a minimum of two (2) years of practice experience
