    Introduction

    Dr Sadrudin Pardhan is a seasoned educationist with over three decades of leadership experience, including serving as CEO of the Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan, for nine years and holding key roles at AKU-IED, such as Director of Outreach and Professor. Honored with the Yasmin & Feroz Jessani Professorship in 2008 and named Professor Emeritus in 2012, he continues to support AKU-IED as a TKN volunteer and Special Advisor to the Dean. His expertise spans chemistry, science education, educational leadership, and school improvement, and he has contributed to numerous academic boards in Pakistan.
