Introduction

Dr Tasneem Anwar is a passionate science educator advancing STEM education through interconnected expertise: designing curricula and professional development to support teachers integrating STEM into middle grades; leveraging AI and non-AI educational technologies for impactful learning; and enhancing instructional design for diverse modalities, including face-to-face, online, and blended formats. Nationally, she received the Best University Teacher Award (2020) from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and locally the Outstanding Teacher Awards (2018, 2023) from Aga Khan University. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and inaugural member of the Haile T. Debas Teachers’ Academy, she strives to empower educators and drive innovation in higher and science education.
