Education

Our Section meets the institutional's educational objectives by:

  • Maintaining clinical knowledge and skills. 

  • Organizing a neurology module for internal medicine residents that focuses on neurology skills and pathophysiology of neurology disorders. 

  • Teaching and mentoring internal medicine residents in the outpatient clinics. 

  • Leading seminars focused on evidence-based practices in neurology.

  • Supervising resident dissertations, abstracts, case reports, and posters. 

  • Participating in local, national and international committees, events, and seminars 

  • Leading inpatient multidisciplinary teaching rounds to foster internal medicine resident education. 

  • Educating patients on neurological diseases
