Mixed Method Research  

PhD-level​​ course​

January 19 – May 22, 2026 – One class per week
Every Wednesday | 9 am to 12 pm 

Mode of Learning: In-Person

This course is designed for graduate students to enable them to gain critical insights and methodological understandings of mixed method research. The course helps to analyze the ontological, epistemological, axiological, methodological, and rhetorical implications of mixed method designs within the health sciences. It further explores the rationales for mixing methods, critiques of mixed method research, and methodological considerations in conducting mixed method studies.​​

Eligibility:

Eighteen years of education – an graduate degree from an accredited /recognized university

Application Process:​

Complete the Visiting Student Application Form​ ​and submit via email: visiting.application@aku.edu 
along with the following (in PDF files) before the deadline:
  • Completed and signed application form along with photograph
  • Attested copy of degree and marks sheet of sixteen years of schooling in the relevant field as mentioned in the criteria.
  • Attested copy of CNIC / Passport
  • Attested copy of work experience letter​. 

Interested candidates are encouraged to ensure that their applications are duly completed, as incomplete applications will not be processed.
