Graduate-level Course - Open to Healthcare Professionals

The course is designed to explore the philosophical foundations of educational programmes. The learners will discuss various theories and framework of adult learning, curriculum development, implementation and evaluation. They will also discuss the factors that influence the development and delivery of curriculum. The learner will develop skills required for alignment in course and curriculum. Expanded roles and responsibilities of faculty with emphasis on strategic and operational planning in educational administration will be addressed. Mechanisms of quality assurance and improvement including programme evaluation will also be focused
Eligibility:
- Sixteen years of education – an undergraduate degree from an accredited/recognised university
