​Leadership & Management in Healthcare 

Graduate-level course

Open to Healthcare Professionals​​

January 19 – May 22, 2026 – One class per week
Every Tuesday | 10 am to 1 pm 

Mode of Learning: In-Person

The course aims to promote participants to examine leadership and management in nursing roles. Participants will have an opportunity to integrate the structural, human resource, political, and symbolic framework, utilize major organizational theories and concepts to improve effective leadership in their practice and within the larger healthcare system.  The role and impact of nurse leaders in healthcare organizations will be addressed throughout the course.​

Eligibility:

Sixteen years of education – an undergraduate degree from an accredited /recognized university​.

Application Process:​

Complete the Visiting Student Application Form​ ​and submit via email: visiting.application@aku.edu 
along with the following (in PDF files) before the deadline:
  • Completed and signed application form along with photograph
  • Attested copy of degree and marks sheet of sixteen years of schooling in the relevant field as mentioned in the criteria.
  • Attested copy of CNIC / Passport
  • Attested copy of work experience letter​. 
Interested candidates are encouraged to ensure that their applications are duly completed, as incomplete applications will not be processed.

Kindly note, AKU may request for additional documentation or equivalence certificate to seek clarity on your qualificati​on.
