The Section of Internal Medicine, through the resident run clinic, strives in providing excellent patient care and patient safety. We pride ourselves in the services we provide which include:
A multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive holistic care to our patients with acute and/or chronic medical problems
A daily fully supervised resident run outpatient clinic focusing on preventative and wellness medicine
A joint injection procedure clinic on Thursday afternoons
A resident phone clinic to follow up on our patients via phone.
A pre-operative risk management consultation clinic
Coordination of patient care with other sections and departments
A close working relationship with the Department of Radiology, Pathology and Laboratory to ensure excellent patient care.
