MagnifiSim Series II

 

The Centre for Innovation in Medical Education in collaboration with AKU student body Society for Promoting Innovation in Education (SPIE) developed a series of simulation-based workshops to educate and spread health awareness to the visitors of The Dawood Foundation MagnifiScience Centre (MSC). 2nd EyeSurg Tournament – Simulation Based Cataract Surgery Competition

 

The 2nd EyeSurg Tournament was arranged on September 16, 2022, by CIME in partnership with the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. The aim was to engage residents and students in a competitive safe learning environment where they can practice eye surgery and improve their surgical skills on CIME's EyeSi simulator - the first of its kind in Pakistan.

Heartiest congratulations to Dr Faisal Waseem Ismail for receiving the Master of Science degree in Healthcare Simulation from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA.
