Maham Umar is an MBA graduate in Human Resources from Bahria University with over seven years of experience across the healthcare and technology sectors. At ChildLife Foundation, she coordinated national and international healthcare training programmes, supporting clinical and support staff through structured capacity-building initiatives.

In her previous roles, Maham has led projects in employee engagement, performance management, and operational improvement, with a focus on strengthening organizational systems.

Maham currently serves as Assistant Manager at the Centre of Excellence for Trauma and Emergencies at Aga Khan University, where she supports projects related to disaster management and emergency response.​
