Dr Muneeb Khan Bozai

Dean's Clinical Research Fellow

Dr. Muneeb Khan Bozai is currently serving at the Centre as a Dean’s Clinical Research Fellow under the mentorship of Dr. Junaid Razzak.

A graduate of the Aga Khan University (Class of 2024) with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Dr. Bozai is an aspiring trauma surgeon with hands-on clinical experience at Karachi’s only Level 1 trauma centre, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma (SMBBIT), as well as one of New Orleans' busiest emergency departments. His exposure to high-acuity trauma care in both Pakistan and the United States has shaped his interest in critical emergency care.

Dr. Bozai is also a certified trainer with the Pakistan Life Savers Programme and has actively contributed to training youth in CPR and bleeding control.

His research interests focus on improving access to trauma care in pre-hospital settings and addressing public health disparities in emergency care within low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

Outside of his clinical and research work, he is passionate about sign language, healthcare entrepreneurship, and exploring the role of social media in medical education.​
