Rachna Udhishter
Research Coordinator
Dr Rachna Udhishter is a Research Coordinator in Elderly care program. She oversees operational field activities and supports the implementation of research strategies across multiple sites in Pakistan.
She holds a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from Aga Khan University and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Before joining the Centre for Aging Gracefully, she worked in research roles at the Aga Khan University Department of Community Health Sciences and the Indus Hospital & Health Network. Her work has focused on mental health, ageing, health literacy, epidemiology, and community-based research across Pakistan.
She is driven by the belief that high-quality research can improve health systems and the lives of vulnerable populations. Her research interests include healthy ageing, conginition, social media, mental health literacy, and mixed-methods research. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts, presented her work at scientific conferences, and enjoys collaborating across disciplines to address public health challenges.
