Mary Nyevu Kalido
Research Assistant
Mary Nyevu Kalido is a Research Assistant at BMI, where she supports the Africa FINGERS project which is focused on reducing dementia risk through community-based interventions. Her work includes participant recruitment and informed consent, data collection, community engagement and supporting the day-to-day implementation of research activities.
She has experience in research data collection, participant consenting, documentation and preparing daily study reports.
Mary is passionate about contributing to research that helps older adults age with healthy minds, dignity and an improved quality of life.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing netball and spending time with family and friends.
