Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:
  • assess the patients, develop and deliver the individual physiotherapy treatment plan
  • formulate treatment / exercise plans for patients enabling them to achieve treatment goals
  • documenting patient assessment and progress notes according to the SOAP format
  • educate and advise patients and their family about how to prevent and / or improve condition
  • responsible for the safe and competent use of physiotherapy equipment and patients’ use  of appliances and aides
  • keep up-to-date with the relevant new techniques and technologies available for treating patients.

Requirements

You should have:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • completed traineeship or have at least two years of relevant experience from a reputable healthcare organization
  • excellent ability to perform physiotherapy procedures and operate relevant equipment 
  • ability to effectively work independently as well in teams
  • excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
  • willingness to work in shifts
  • comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
