CAP Re-Accreditation Inspection 2025
According to CAP, re-accreditation inspections are done every two year. Based on this criterion, the following is the summary of inspection held in the year 2024:
Peshawar & Rawalpindi Outreach Labs:
CAP re-accreditation inspection of Peshawar and Rawalpindi labs was done on May 4 & 5, 2024, respectively. It was an in-person inspection. A team of four inspectors from Jordon inspected both labs. It was a successful inspection. Both labs received certificates on June 5, 2024.

Faisalabad and Lahore Outreach Labs:
CAP re-accreditation inspection of Faisalabad and Lahore labs was done on May 6 & 7, 2024, respectively. It was an in-person inspection. A team of four inspectors from Jordon inspected both labs. It was a successful inspection. Faisalabad lab received certificate on June 5, 2024, while Lahore lab on June 10, 2024.

Multan and Sukkur Outreach Labs:
CAP re-accreditation inspection of Multan and Sukkur labs was done on September 14 and October 12, 2024, respectively. It was a virtual inspection. A team of five inspectors from Saudi Arabia inspected both labs. It was a successful inspection. Multan lab received certificate on October 23, 2024, while Sukkur lab on December 12, 2024.

CMS and Hyderabad Outreach Labs:
CAP re-accreditation inspection of CMS and Hyderabad labs was done on September 20 and November 25, 2024, respectively. It was an in-person inspection. CMS lab was inspected by a team of two inspectors from Jordan while Hyderabad lab was inspected by a team comprised of team leader from UAEA while a team member from Pakistan. Both inspections were successful. CMS lab received certificate on January 6, 2025, while Hyderabad lab on December 5, 2024.

On-Campus Lab (Stadium Road):
CAP re-accreditation inspection of Stadium Road Campus lab was done on November 15, 2024, respectively. It was an in-person inspection. A team of 13 inspectors from Jordon came to inspect different sections of the lab. It was a very thorough inspection, but the outcome was a successful re-accreditation. The certificate was received on December 19, 2024.
