Sohaib M. Khan joined ISMC in August 2024 as an IT Business Analyst, bringing advanced expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace transformation. With a strong MSP background, he excels at bridging business needs with technical solutions, leveraging deep skills in EUC Microsoft cloud solutions, requirements gathering and ITSM to streamline processes and optimise organisational workflows.
At ISMC, he leads key digital transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with different IT teams to modernise IT services and deliver secure, data-driven and future-ready solutions. His work empowers faculty, staff and students with efficient, intuitive tools that enhance user experience, improve operational performance and support the university’s mission.
